MANUFACTURING WORKFORCE PLAN 2024
THE MANUFACTURING ALLIANCE IS PLEASED TO PRESENT THE MANUFACTURING WORKFORCE PLAN 2024
This ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is drawn from extensive work undertaken to identify the critical workforce and skills issues in the context of an economy-wide skills shortage, with the tightest labour market experienced in 50 years.

Through extensive consultation across the manufacturing sector, the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø analyses four key challenges facingthe manufacturing sector over the next five years: Attraction and increasing the pipeline of apprentices; Lack of diversity; Ageing workforce; and Emerging skills, occupations and industries.Â
